Meet the Winners of the TxODDS X Solana World Cup Hackathon

1000+ builders. 64 countries. 50k in prizes. Here’s what they built with TxLINE.

We’re thrilled to announce the winners of the TxODDS World Cup Hackathon, a global, online competition that put TxLINE, our Solana-based sports data layer, directly in the hands of independent developers for the length of the tournament. More than 750 teams across 64 countries took part, building live products across three tracks: Prediction Markets & Settlement, Trading Tools & Agents, and Consumer & Fan Experiences.

Run in collaboration with Solana, the hackathon gave builders free, direct access to live World Cup data with none of the usual enterprise setup. Over the course of the event, teams pushed TxLINE into places we hadn’t seen it go before: on-chain settlement layers that resolve without a human in the loop, automated trading tools built for algorithmic markets, and consumer experiences nobody has shipped with sports data before, including a Tamagotchi wired to a live match.

“The competition was fierce, and there were a lot of really good ideas,” said Einar Knobel, CEO of TxODDS. “Even projects that aren’t shortlisted contain concepts worth exploring further. That’s exactly the kind of innovation we hoped to see, and we’re committed to supporting builders long after the hackathon ends.”

Without further ado, here are the winners …

Here are the winners …

Prediction Markets & Settlement

The first prize goes to Touchline, a prediction market on whether win probability touches a level you call, not the final score, with an award of $12k USDT.

Additional prizes went to

  • Second: Onyx, a Solana protocol for World Cup prop markets that settles instantly with an award of $4k USDT.
  • Third: Proofline, a primitive that bridges Solana match results to other chains, with an award of $2k USDT.
  • Honorable mentions: Kickpact, QED Markets and Chumbucket.

Trading Tools & Agents

The first prize goes to TouchLine MM, an automated market-making bot that pulls its quotes back as a match turns dangerous, protecting the book from one-sided flow, with an award of $10k USDT.

Additional prizes went to:

  • Second: LineWatch, sharp-money detection for World Cup betting markets, built for AI agents., with an award of $4k USDT.
  • Third: TxAgent, an AI counterparty that prices and takes the other side of prop bets, with an award of $2k USDT.
  • Honorable mentions: Dev oddsmesh, TouchLine and AIR ARENA.

Consumer & Fan Experiences

The first prize goes to Ticker, a Tamagotchi whose heartbeat is wired to your team’s live match, with an award of $10k USDT.

Additional prizes went to:

  • Second: Mundial, an X-native score-prediction game where players call the scoreline before kickoff, with an award of $4k USDT.
  • Third: Battlefield, a World Cup match rendered as a live war between two armies.
  • Honorable mentions: Nerve, emote.ai and ENCORE.

Post-Hackathon Access

If you built with us during the hackathon, or you’re just discovering TxLINE now, we’re extending free data access into the season. MLS is live now at 50% coverage, enough to keep building on, with full coverage of Premier League available August 21. Alongside that, we’re standing up a lightweight, ongoing program for the builder community, including a dedicated builder Discord channel for questions, feedback, and peer-to-peer troubleshooting. This is the first phase of a broader push to decentralize access to data for current and future builders.

Thank You

Thank you to every team that built with us over these past few weeks, to Solana for collaborating with us on this from day one, and to everyone who mentored, judged, and championed these projects along the way. This is the first TxODDS hackathon and it won’t be the last.
